Partnering with the Keep Music Alive helps us achieve this goal by providing the tools necessary to foster the next generation of musicians and support their efforts within the education sector." With the help of Casio and its full roster of partners, the 6th Annual Teach Music Week will offer free music lessons and classes to new students at over 850 music schools and stores in over a dozen countries. Public and private schools can participate in Teach Music Week by asking current music students to invite their friends to music class, band or chorus rehearsals. Musicians and music schools everywhere are encouraged to find one new student they can begin to teach by offering one free 30-minute lesson. Keep Music Alive also invites all interested music students, both kids and adults, to seek out a music school or musician participating in Teach Music Week.
